Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer / ETL Developer with strong expertise in data engineering, AWS cloud services, and healthcare insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using modern data tools and frameworks.
- Work extensively with SQL, SAS, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Build and optimize data workflows using AWS services such as Redshift, S3, and EMR.
- Perform complex data analysis to support business and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and data analysts.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the healthcare insurance domain.
Mandatory Skills:
Relevant Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development using SQL, SAS, and AWS services (Redshift, S3, EMR) within the healthcare insurance domain.
Notice Period: Immediate joiner or available within 10 days
Nice to Have
Experience beyond 7 years in data engineering
• Exposure to additional programming languages such as Python or Spark
• Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure or GCP)
• Experience in other regulated domains (BFSI, Healthcare, etc.)
• Knowledge of modern data pipeline and orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
