Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to manage and oversee construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Manage site execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost analysis. Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Review drawings, specifications, and reports. Maintain project documentation and reports.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials Experience in site execution and project coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and billing Knowledge of safety standards and quality control Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech – Civil)
4–5 years of relevant experience in construction/projects
